Cheesecake Flavored Protein Fluff


The protein fluff got insanely popular once Martin Berkhan posted the original recipe on his page. I think fluff is awesome and eat it on regular basis. Now if you follow me on Google+, Facebook or Twitter   you definitely know that I am a big on sucker on cheesecakes and try to eat one cheesecake per week. Furthermore, Kostevski et al showed in this study that eating cheesecake on regular basis will enhance testosterone levels by 326% and increase life span by 0,67 years (do not click the link if you are hungry or you might end up eating your girlfriend) . So the urge towards making a cheesecake-tasting protein fluff came naturally.

Start with the basics:

  • 40 grams of vanilla tasting Casein protein powder
  • 1 dl skim milk
  • 200 g frozen strawberries or frozen banana (slice it before putting it in to the fridge!)

Put the frozen berries in a bowl and in the microwave for aproximally 30 seconds  (you want them to be partially thawed). Ad the other stuff and crush the berries with the metal part of your mixer (or you’ll have casein/milk/berries all over your kitchen) Mix the stuff vigorously until you reach optimal fluffiness. I usually like it a bit less fluffed but I know most people have delusions of grandeur and need to make stuff as big as possible – If you are one of those people you’ll want to mix it for 10-15 minutes to get maximal fluffiness.


  • One lemon
  • 200 grams Cream Cheese
  • 2-4 tbsp Sweetener
  • 2 (or more) Digestive Biscuits

First grate one lemon and ad it to the mix. Slice the lemon and squeeze the juice in there as well. Ad 200 grams of  Philadelphia 5% (or some other preferred cream cheese). If you like things sweet I would recommend a few tablespoons of sweetener (or sugar)  in there as well. Mix the stuff ina few bursts (if your mix it to long you will loose on the fluffiness) and pour some crumbled digestive biscuits on top and voilà!

Simple, fast, and insanely tasty.

Nutritional information per serving (half bowl)

  • 300 calories
  • 32 grams protein
  • 23 grams carbs
  • 9 grams fat


Yeah I know I probable should have put the fluff in a nice glass bowl to demonstrate the aesthetic beauty of it. However, I just want to eat it.
